⏱️ Are Opulys watches reliable?

Yes. Our watches use a precise quartz movement, recognized for its reliability and regularity.

They are made of stainless steel (stainless steel), a durable material that does not rust and resists everyday wear.

They are designed to be worn every day, without compromise between style and strength.

💧 Are watches water resistant?

Yes. Our watches are water resistant up to 10 ATM, which means they can withstand rain, hand washing and normal daily use.

(We do not recommend diving or prolonged exposure to hot water.)

📦 What does the package contain?

Each order includes:

✔ the Opulys watch

✔ a protective housing

✔ a tool to adjust the size of the bracelet

📏 How to adjust the bracelet size?

An adjustment tool is provided in the package to allow you to easily adjust the size of the bracelet on your wrist upon receipt.

🚚 What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are usually 7 to 20 days depending on your country.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

🔁 Can I return my watch if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return if the product does not suit you, provided that it is in its original condition.

🛠️ Is the watch guaranteed?

Yes. Our watches benefit from a warranty against manufacturing defects.
