At Opulys, your satisfaction is a priority.
If your order does not suit you, you have a period to return it to us under the conditions described below.
🔁 Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
📦 Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
✔ not worn
✔ in its original state
✔ in its original packaging
✔ with all accessories (box, adjustment tool, etc.)
Any item returned incomplete or damaged cannot be refunded.

We will then provide you with the return address and the instructions to follow.
💰 Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering, within 5 working days.
🚫 Non-refundable items
Items are non-refundable in the following cases:
Worn or damaged item
Item returned without prior request
Incomplete or unpackaged item
Return after the deadline
🚚 Return costs
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
⚠️ Defective product or order error
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
We will offer you a replacement or refund depending on your situation.
